Returns and Refunds Policy
We accept return requests made within 30 days after you receive your order.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, complete, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or an order number is required.
Sale items may be returned unless they are clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase. We do not charge a restocking fee.
A written copy of this return policy is available upon request.
Starting a Return

If your return is accepted, we will send you return instructions. Where available, we may also provide a return shipping label.
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a return shipping label, its cost may be deducted from the refund. We will cover return shipping costs if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please do not send items back without first requesting and receiving approval for the return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We may ask you to provide photographs of the item and packaging.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union Right of Withdrawal
If the European Union statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may notify us that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason. After notifying us, you must return the goods within the period required by applicable law.
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. Any mandatory refund of standard delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functionality. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned items, including any applicable discounts. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
After we issue the refund, it may take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post it.
